So, I decided that I would be much easier for everyone if there was a thread to refer to if anyone wanted to see whether or not a mod has been done/released and where they could get it. It would also help people decide what they may no longer have to do since someone may have already done the mod before them Below is the list. Please note that I've only included the released mods in the list, and that each link redirects to the modder's threads as those deserve some views/replies.
